3. Bank statement of last 3 years.

4. Bank Solvency Rs.20 Lakhs (Same Account)

5. Vaccine Certificate.

6. Student ID Card.

7. NOC from School/College or University

8. When a student applies in person, his/her father must provide all the documents.
