Among the agricultural products, pineapple, banana, papaya, orange, lemon and potato are the highest producing crops. But another notable feature of the region is the production of abundant binni rice. Three types of binni rice, white, red and black, are produced in this region. Moreover, the taste of jum corn in this region is quite delicious.

How to go

There is no other way to go directly from the capital Dhaka to Bandarban except by bus. If you want to go to Bandarban by rail or air, you have to come to Chittagong first by train or plane. Buses are available from Chittagong to Bandarban. Direct bus from Dhaka to Bandarban is best and comfortable.
