Sitakunda

Description

Sitakunda Chandranath Pahar: Not just as an epic; Ramayana has great importance as a Purana in Hinduism. Sitakunda is one of the places in India associated with the story of Rama-Sita-Lakshana in the context of Ramayana. For thousands of years, these legends have been circulating in people's mouths centered on Chandranath Pahar, located one kilometer east of Sitakunda town. Sita Kund, located at the foot of the hill, is a place where the memory of Ram-Lakshana is intertwined. According to Hindu scriptures, the right hand of Goddess Sati fell here.
